A Loving Community is a play with music commissioned by Virginia Opera as its educational touring program for the 2024-2025 season. The production will feature music and history relevant to the civil rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s. This roughly 60-minute program will also include excerpts from the new opera “Loving v.
