This evening, Sarah Willis and the Havana Lyceum Orchestra present a unique blend of works by Mozart, Bizet's "Carmen," and Cuban compositions. Their approach to the works of European classical music: not overly intellectual and analytical, but fresh, passionate, and from the gut. Sarah Willis likes to say: "This is one of my favorite orchestras in the world." The celebrated horn player and the Cubans have since grown together into an artistic family and have already brought several of their own programs to the Rheingau Music Festival.
