His crystal-clear voice, incredibly flexible vocal delivery, and velvety timbre are simply fantastic. It's clear: He is one of the greatest singers of our time. But the fact that Philippe Jaroussky's voice is anything but mainstream allows him great freedom. And he takes it gladly, because committing to a specific repertoire is not his thing. That's why he regularly treats himself and his enthusiastic listeners to far-reaching excursions into surprising soundscapes, which are illuminated with touching sensuality by his finely crafted interpretations.
