The diverse chamber music activities of the musicians of the MDR Symphony Orchestra provide a charming complement to the numerous major symphony concerts. In both smaller and larger ensembles, this repeatedly results in programs of great charisma and appeal. In this concert, the program centers on Antonín Dvořák's Wind Serenade – a work with which the Bohemian grandmaster Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart successfully paid homage.
