They are the most famous pair of lovers of all time: Romeo and Juliet. The Italian bel canto composer Vincenzo Bellini created a particularly beautiful operatic version of their tragic story, whose melodious and captivating work will be performed by the Hamburg Ensemble Resonanz, the WDR Radio Choir, and a top-class line-up of soloists on stage in the Great Hall.
