Rachmaninoff’s breathtakingly beautiful Second Piano Concerto and Dvořák’s Ninth Symphony – From the New World – are two of the most beloved works in the classical repertoire. Rachmaninoff’s concerto is filled with passion, longing and romance, but also serenity and peace.
