Boston Opera & Zarzuela presents Zarzuela Fest: A Hispanic Lyric Music Celebration, featuring international singers Heming Cao, Alesandra Collins, Mónica López, Lucia Panizza, and Lina Sarmiento, and Dr. Libor Dudas on piano. This classical concert features solos and ensembles of the most well-known Zarzuelas of all time. Zarzuela is a genre born in Spain and spread to the Americas similar to opera, operetta, and singspiel.
