Rhapsody in Red, White & Blue features an eclectic selection of Americana music sure to get you in the mood for the upcoming 250th Anniversary celebration! First up is the world premiere of American Patriot Hymn by Composer in Residence Jeff Lippencott, followed by Duke Ellington’s musical depiction of 1950’s Harlem. Grammy Award-winning pianist Michelle Cann is featured on Price’s Piano Concerto in One Movement and Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.
