Often called the "battle that made Canada," Vimy Ridge resulted in over 10,000 Canadian casualties. Through storytelling and live music, The Fugitives examine misconceptions and varying perspectives around the battle, while drawing parallels to other formative events in our nation’s past. The songs from Ridge were nominated for the 2022 JUNO for Best Traditional Roots Album. A vivid, kinetic ride through history, as well as an intimate, personal examination of our connection to the past, Ridge is a visceral work that passionately argues against the exploitation of young lives.

Three eminent musicians, clarinetist James Campbell, cellist Cameron Crozman, and pianist Meagan Milatz—all originally from the Prairies—join forces for a program rich in lyricism, virtuosity, and storytelling. Beethoven’s early clarinet trio brims with wit and bold originality, showcasing a young composer eager to push boundaries. A new suite for cello and piano written for Meagan and Cameron by James’s son, Graham Campbell, adds an exciting new voice, infused with jazz rhythms and sweeping landscapes. Brahms’s late clarinet trio offers a window into the introspective character of the composer. Written for his close friend and favourite clarinetist Richard Mühlfeld, a deep personal expression emerges from the supreme blending of the three instruments.

For nearly two decades, Delhi 2 Dublin has been at the forefront of South Asian fusion music, pioneering a global bass sound they call "Subcontinental Pop"- a high-energy blend of Bhangra, electronic, hip-hop, reggae, and Celtic influences that defies genre and unites dancefloors worldwide. As they approach their 20th anniversary in 2026, members Sanjay Seran, Ravi Binning, Serena Eades and new addition Kal Mattu continue to push the band’s sound and vision to new heights, leading them into an exciting new chapter of music-making after a six-year hiatus. Payadora Ensemble is an award-winning chamber group blending Argentine/Uruguayan tango with classical, jazz, and world music. Hailed as a "superstar group" (WholeNote), they won the 2024 Folk Music Ontario Award and Germany’s Weltmusikpreis RUTH award. Their acclaimed album Silent Tears topped the World Music Charts Europe and earned international praise from the BBC, NPR, CBC, and others. Payadora’s lineup features top Canadian musicians Rebekah Wolkstein, Drew Jurecka, Joseph Phillips, Mark Camilleri, and Elbio Fernandez.
