Demonstrating his versatility, Gigashvili’s programme spans the early 18th century, with two sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti, through Chopin’s Ballade no.4 in F minor op.52, Ravel’s Miroirs and two pieces from Boulanger’s Trois Morceaux pour Piano, to a new ECHO commission by Natalie Beridze.
