Carnaval celebrates the end of the holiday season before the introspection of Lent begins, culminating in Mardi Gras, or "Fat Tuesday." This season, Lyric Theatre @ Illinois will mark the occasion with music and dance from Latin America and France-with brilliant samba, cha-cha, and salsa.
