Beethoven, Abels & Haydn
More details
Haydn’s witty “musical sunrise” lights up this program of charming masterworks. Soulful and infectiously rhythmic, Abels’s Delights & Dances culminates in a raucous hoedown. Taking its cue from the symphonic foundation set by Haydn, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4 gallops forth with frisky energy and irrepressible joy.
