Colburn and Juilliard alumna Jun Asai presents her annual solo piano recital. The program begins with Schubert’s Impromptu op. 90, no. 1 in C minor, followed by Chopin’s Polonaise in F-sharp minor, op. 44. The second half of the program features Ravel’s Gaspard de la nuit and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Sonata No. 2.
