Together with the dancers of the company, Linder continues his research into hybrid forms of dance, treating these rare physical evolutions like precious jewels. Of particular interest is how the vocabulary of ballet can adapt its DNA through absorbing influences that are street, somatic and theatrical.

Ballet de Lorraine: Acid Gems and a Folia

This performance interweaves new works by Allison Loggins-Hull, Gili Schwarzman, Joan Tower, Reinaldo Moya and Chen Yi with the individual movements of Bach’s Suite No.1 in G for solo cello.
