In Felix Mendelssohn’s overture The Hebrides, the orchestra and Kirill Petrenko enter a Nordic-colored world marked by mystery. Then follows Robert Schumann's highly romantic Piano Concerto with the Russian star pianist Polina Osetinskaya as soloist.
