University Philharmonia Orchestra presents a powerful concert experience as part of the Arts & Resistance themed semsester. The program features Michigan faculty member Bright Sheng’s H’un: Lacerations (in memory of the Chinese Cultural Revolution), Adolphus Hailstork’s Epitaph for a Man Who Dreamed (a tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr.), as well as works by Beethoven and Sibelius.
