Igor Stravinsky was a musical chameleon: a radical avant-gardist, a curious neoclassicist, and later even a proponent of twelve-tone music. Stagnation? None of this! Pulcinella, the ballet from his neoclassical phase, is based on music by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi.
