Mozart's Clarinet Concerto was composed just two months before his untimely death. The lyrical second movement, in particular, is one of his most touching musical legacies. Farewell and mourning also find their place in Berlioz's orchestral songs, Les nuits d'été . Both works are the focus of the Vienna Philharmonic's second concert featuring three artists of the first category.
