Scuba, an adventurous diver, follows the wondrous sounds of the underwater world and encounters Melodina, the enchanting mermaid, and her musical friends. Together they dive into the magical world of Handel's Water Music. Excited, Scuba decides to bring the octopuses to the surface – unaware that an unexpected adventure awaits them there!
