More details
Casco Phil shines a light on the early masterpieces of youthful composers who changed the course of music history. Mozart's First Symphony, written at the age of eight, already hints at his genius. Felix Mendelssohn — often dubbed the 'Mozart of the 19th century' — wrote one of the most beloved violin concertos ever, full of melody, brilliance and freshness. His final orchestral work even contains a playful nod to Mozart.
