This is what HC Andersen writes in The Little Mermaid , which is the inspiration behind the concert performance Bølgernes Musik with Ensemble Hermes. Dance and music merge into a common, flexible expression when the Aarhus string ensemble takes to the stage with dancers Elena Nielsen and Jasmine Gorden in a story about the beautiful and curious creatures of the sea - and their relentless encounter with the world of humans.
