The USC Thornton Winds, led by resident conductor Sharon Lavery, celebrates the career of Winds & Percussion faculty member Jim Self in this evening concert. Jim Self is an esteemed tuba player and composer whose acclaimed work, Tour de Force, was commissioned for The Pacific Symphony in 2008.
