Three short stories put popcorn into play: We meet the ant Mogens, who falls in love with a shiny corn kernel, a grumpy old man and a village that pops out of a natural disaster, and then we are on the day when “pop” starts in 0th grade. Popcorn is a play about friendship, about belonging, about being yourself in a group and about being a group that contains many selves.
