Four voices, one world of sound. With shimmering vocals, Kraja invites you to a Christmas concert in their spellbinding musical universe. Original material meets traditional Christmas carols dressed in the vocal group's unique harmonies together with two guest artists.

With rare precision and coherence, four voices merge into a single musical body. Kraja, consisting of Lisa Lestander , Frida Johansson , Eva Lestander and Linnea Nilsson, has created its own musical universe – meditative, captivating and poetic – that has captivated both audiences and critics worldwide.

In this Christmas concert, they step into the winter darkness with their warm, shimmering tone. The repertoire includes both original material and traditional folk winter songs, as well as some of our most beloved Christmas carols – all dressed in Kraja's rare, finely tuned harmonies.

I Puritani was Vincenzo Bellini's last opera – a shining example of the beauty and drama of the bel canto tradition. The work was written for four of the foremost singers of the time, and its power rests largely on the singers' technical brilliance and expressiveness.

Here we see how the thin veil of reason can easily be torn – and madness takes over. In the demanding lead roles we hear a world-leading quartet: Lisette Oropesa and Lawrence Brownlee as Elvira and Arturo, lovers torn apart by the chaos of civil war, Artur Ruciński as the jealous Riccardo, and Christian Van Horn as the warm-hearted Giorgio.

Life's lies, love and hate you can't get enough of. What is it about "Dance of Death" that keeps us coming back for more?

Love-hate swirls. Bitterness stands like rods in the hill. Artillery captain Edgar and former actress Alice live in a frozen marriage, where sadness is great over the future that did not become. Poisonous lines fly between them. Their eternal quarrel is a dance that they both enjoy - and are destroyed by. Is it even worth celebrating the upcoming silver wedding anniversary?

Then cousin Kurt arrives from America to the isolated archipelago island. Suddenly there is an opportunity to break away and move on to something new. Should they cut the shackles, or remain in their shared prison?

The poet, singer and multi-artist Wilho Akseli Ollikainen (1934 – 1998) from Ullatti in Norrbotten lived, sang, felt and thought about existence, love and darkness. He wrote poems about nature, the human condition and the course of the world.

Equipped with a cassette recorder and typewriter, he wrote, commented and, as it were, blogged his experiences and reflections decades before the word blog was invented. He created constantly, almost manically, and he also used art as medicine for his inner demons.

The folk music group WAO (Wilho Akseli Ollikainen), which consists of musicians from JP Nyströms, JORD and JPP, have all been inspired and touched in different ways by Wilho Ollikainen's artistry. From his very rich material, they have created this new music and storytelling performance directed by Kjell Peder Johanson. Wilho's songs, ballads, poems and not least his story, are worth hearing and being touched by.

UK Pink Floyd Experience, to Sweden with a new program. The group, which recreates the legendary Pink Floyd live show, toured Finland in early 2025 and played to packed halls. This year, the band celebrates the 50th anniversary of the album Wish You Were Here and returns to Finland and Sweden in early 2026 with an even bigger tour and a completely new program.

Miriam Bryant is back with the acoustic EP "isby sessions" which offers beloved old favorites in a new stripped-down version. On November 7th we get a first taste in the form of the single "okej att dö (igen)" and the full EP will be released in early 2026. In conjunction with the release, Miriam is also presenting an intimate concert hall tour in spring 2026 that offers the audience an intimate and vibrant experience.

I've always found it both fun and challenging to do something more than just a straight-up, regular concert when I get the chance to face an audience. Over the years, I've wrestled with glitchy slide projectors, had heated dialogues with myself in the form of a life-size cardboard doll, rode in a triumphal chariot in gladiator armor, and I've even toured with a real therapist who had therapy with me on stage between songs.

In 2023, the book "OM Niklas Strömstedt" was published, which is an autobiographical journey through both his private life and his more public career, and while working on that book, the idea was born to also let it become the basis for a stage performance.

What songs made the hairs on your arms stand up? What did Evert Taube say when he called? How do you get out of that paralyzing and destructive silence and when suddenly there's a turkey hanging under your chin – what the hell do you do? And love – can you understand it?

Per Andersson embarks on a Swedish tour
When Per Andersson forces himself onto the slackest tightrope imaginable, it becomes a success. This fall he will stage the Cardbore Show – sketches, songs, wild improvisations and one hell of a move at Draken Live in Gothenburg and at Rival in Stockholm with a premiere this fall. Edward af Sillén is directing. The demand has been so great that Per is now embarking on a Swedish tour – from Karlskrona and Malmö in the south to Luleå and Umeå in the north in the spring-winter of 2026.

– Getting to throw myself out into Sweden and play could be the best thing there is. I've bought eight new wigs and am loaded with ideas and jokes in every direction! Meeting the audience and the feeling that anything can happen with the help of humor is the best thing in life. Yeeehaaaa! , says Per.

The Velcro Show – Per Andersson

Volumes have been written about the influential music of Tristan und Isolde . The music is based on the idea of ​​an insatiable longing that can never be fulfilled in this life. The prelude sweeps the listener into an ecstatic but agonizing world of desire, and the vocal parts are of unique dignity. The opera culminates in Isolde's famous closing aria, Mild und leise, with a final octave leap that concludes this unique musical-dramatic journey.

Acclaimed American composer Gabriela Lena Frank makes her Met debut with her first opera, a magical-realist tale of the iconic artist couple Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. The performance draws inspiration from their paintings and features a libretto by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Nilo Cruz.

The story is a twist on the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, and depicts Frida, sung by the distinguished mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard, as she leaves the underworld on the Day of the Dead to be reunited with Diego, played by baritone Carlos Álvarez. The famous, feuding couple briefly relive their stormy love, embracing both passion and pain before bidding a final farewell to the world of the living.

Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts the Met premiere of Frank’s opera, a “confident, richly imaginative composition” ( The New Yorker ), “bubbling with color and fresh originality” ( Los Angeles Times ). The vibrant new production is directed and choreographed by Deborah Colker, following her acclaimed debut production of Ainadamar in 2024.
