HaoBai was admitted to the Sichuan Conservatory of Music in 2020, majoring in Classical Saxophone Performance under the guidance of Professor Yi Lian. In 2024, he entered Carnegie Mellon University to pursue his Master’s degree in Classical Saxophone Performance, studying with Professor James Houlik.
