Ciaramella brings to life the vibrant wind traditions of the 15th and 16th centuries in The Winds of the Renaissance. Renowned early music specialists Rotem Gilbert, Adam Gilbert and Mary Vanhoozer highlight the intricate counterpoint and distinctive colors of the period while showcasing performances on shawm, sackbut, recorder, and hurdy-gurdy. Their program offers an engaging window into the sound world of Renaissance Europe.
