K-State oboe day is a free event for oboists and music appreciators of all ages! The theme for this year is “Only Light Can Do That…Only Love Can Do That” and the concert program will center around themes of love. Our 2026 guest artist is Dr. Nancy Ambrose King, Professor of Oboe at the University of Michigan. Events will include an oboe band, reed making class, performance master class, and concert.
