Pianist Adam Golka takes you on an intimate journey through piano ballades from across Europe and the Americas, weaving drama, lyricism, and surprise into every note. At the heart of the program is Robert Schumann’s rarely heard Fair Hedwig – a stirring ballade where Golka takes on the roles of both narrator and pianist, bringing story and sound to life in one breath.
