Join us before the performance for a pre-concert conversation with composer Geoffrey Hudson, creator of Passion for the Planet. During this engaging discussion, Hudson will share insights into the creative process behind Passion for the Planet, the artistic and scientific inspirations that shaped the libretto, and the role music can play in deepening our collective response to climate change. This conversation offers audiences a meaningful window into the work they are about to experience, enriching both the musical and emotional impact of the performance.

Join for a joyful afternoon of choral music with Horizon Voices, directed by Maria Belva. The youth ensembles, grades 2-12, present O BEAUTIFUL, celebrating the beautiful world around us with music by Moses Hogan, Rick Sowash, B. E. Boykin, Joan Szymko, Ruth Morris Gray, and David Vernier.
