Ithaca College: Jazz Repertory Ensemble and Jazz Lab Band

The Repertory and Lab Bands will explore a diverse program of large jazz ensemble music from classic pieces like Alright Ok You Win, by Sammy Nestico, to recently departed contemporary jazz legend and Rochester, NY native Chuck Mangione, to funk and latin inspirations by Eddie Harris and a host of young composers. Ithaca High School Music Educator and IC grad Mike Treat has penned a piece that will be performed as well.
