O Fortuna, you are changeable as the moon. Thus begins and ends Carl Orff's most famous work, in which he reflects on the fleeting nature of fortune and the inescapable cycle of human destiny. Carmina Burana, an anthology of medieval songs, celebrates the beauty of spring, pays homage to life, and extols the power of love. With his music for these texts, Orff provides the foundation for a sensual Gesamtkunstwerk (total work of art), deliberately placing the staging in the hands of directors and choreographers. Music, song, and dance are inextricably linked, and so the Spanish choreographer Alba Castillo and the dance company invite their colleagues from music theater, orchestra, and choir to a shared exploration of happiness, prosperity, love, and their transience.

Space, the final frontier, and physics! Luckily, there's Professor Blastow, who, with the help of his blackboard and talking chalk pieces, can playfully explain the Big Bang and the secrets of the cosmos. The brilliant professor takes his students on Bud's exciting space journey. Distant planets and shimmering stars? What other children find boring is Bud's great passion. When aliens contact the young explorer via Grandpa's old tube television, Bud knows for sure: He's going to be an astronaut! Now Bud studies math, learns physics, and holds fast to his dream: He builds his own rocket and flies past Jupiter and Mars to discover new worlds.

At the height of his career, Swedish conductor Daniel Dareus collapses on stage during a concert. He decides to radically change his life and returns to his childhood village. But even there, music won't let him go: He takes over the direction of the church choir in an unconventional yet successful way, making himself unpopular with the community. Against all odds, the choir grows, and with it, the self-confidence of its members. A heartwarming musical based on the successful Swedish film, set in turbulent times when the desire for unity is ever stronger.
