You don’t have to be Irish to get your green on for this St. Patrick’s Day shindig! Composers the world over have long delighted in paying homage to the music of the Emerald Isle. High-energy conductor Steven Jarvi takes you on a shamrock-filled tour of all things Irish, from Leroy Anderson’s peppy Irish Suite to the gorgeous strains of “Danny Boy.”
