The second concert of Season VIII features LA Opera Orchestra Principal Oboe Leslie Reed, pianist Edith Orloff, violinists Roger Wilkie and Ana Landauer, violist Shawn Mann and cellist John Walz in a recital program of favorite works that reflect the lyric side of the oboe, ranging from the pastoral to folk traditions, including works inspired by famous paintings - projections of which will be displayed during the performance.
