This performance celebrates an unlikely encounter: that of krump, an urban dance born in Los Angeles at the turn of the millennium, and ancient folk music from Galicia, Scotland, and Ireland. A clash of eras and bodies that bassist Florentin Ginot and dancer Germain Zambi transform into a vibrant dialogue.
