On being a small human in a rather marvelous world

Heavenly Song

A powerful, poetic and contemporary performance about being young in a time when the future has never felt more uncertain. The production was developed in collaboration with the Red Cross.

HYDRA – Waiting for the Crisis

A clownish and loving Christmas performance about Gnisten, who transforms an old gray factory into a colorful Present Factory. The show is for all ages and includes songs.

Gnisten and the Present Factory

A dance performance with live musicians and singers on stage, in which figures from Michael Kvium paintings are 'born' out of the canvas. Choreography: Palle Granhøj. Music by Carl Nielsen.

Kvium's Figures Move Me – But How Do They MOVE?

A lovely Christmas show about how, when good friends help one another, Christmas is sure to come. Pia and the mouse take the audience back to that Christmas Eve when the little busy postal mouse had to deliver packages to all of his friends in the forest.

The Christmas Mouse

Sit back and enjoy a varied treat bag of beautiful Christmas songs sung by Randers Teater Kor under the direction of Kari Steen, ranging from well-loved Danish Christmas hymns to Christmas carols and some of the biggest hits from Danish Christmas calendars. The concert takes place in the foyer of Randers Teater, where you can also warm your palate with a glass of gløgg.

Christmas with Randers Teater Kor

A touching, humorous and musical performance about our shared need to feel connected to one another. A story of two people carrying a loneliness so deep that it barely dares to be felt.

Call Me Again

A fun, musical, at times serious and moving story created freely after Louise Leegaard's Instagram profile @beskedfraaula. Performers: Stina Mølgaard, Karen Nielsen, Anders Kristian Aamodt, Kenneth Thordal.

Message from AULA

Three sisters come together to arrange their father's funeral. The father was a beloved and famous country musician, but at the height of his success he was also at the center of a sensational #MeToo scandal. Jukebox is a touching and humorous production about family, guilt and forgiveness, featuring many well-known country songs.

Jukebox – The Same Old Records

Miss Larsen works at the town library. One day a letter falls out of a book, bearing the words "I love you, Miss Larsen". Miss Larsen, the library and the whole town are transformed… About loneliness, friendship and the magical world of books.

Little Miss Larsen's Great Love

With nothing but his two hands and the contents of a suitcase, Spanish puppeteer Javier Aranda performs an entire lifetime. A touch of madness and warm humor flows through this charming portrayal of human life: from birth, through love, to the inevitable end, when the soul flies on.

VIDA

A legendary and warm performance for children and adults about the strange phenomenon of "time." Teaterværkstedet Madam Bach.

Musical spring feelings with Randers Teater Kor: old favorites and new songs in rhythmic choral arrangements, with audience sing-alongs along the way.
