A comedy about men's roles, about fathers and sons. Carl is a 17-year-old lad from a blended family who is losing his way in his own masculinity. When his bewildered father Klaus gets the idea that the two of them should go hiking in the mountains of northern Sweden, things go wrong in the wilderness. Along the way they find a new fellowship around their identities as men and an unexpected joy in nature.
