Saxophonist and composer Sam Newbould has established himself as one of Europe's most exciting younger jazz voices. Based in Amsterdam, he leads an international quintet whose music combines storytelling, strong melodies and explosive improvisation. The group has performed at festivals including North Sea Jazz and Love Supreme. Tonight we hear music from the acclaimed album Homing.
