Julian Haugland Quintet

The house band is planning this fall's big Saturday jazz night and has invited several friends to join in. The program will be varied, with relaxed duo ballads, a Gerry Mulligan/Chet Baker quartet and guest performers. As usual, there is a voluntary Vipps contribution at the event.

Saturday Jazz

Tollboden

Julian Haugland from Evje composes and plays with confidence, drive and fresh thinking. Lively melodies in intelligent packaging, swinging hard and with several surprises along the way. Inspired by the Brecker Brothers, Hiromi, Kenny Garrett and Allan Holdsworth. The quintet visits Flekkefjord in collaboration with Sørnorsk Jazzsenter.
