Gezeitenkonzerte in Ostfriesland

This tidal concert promises musical “encounters!” of a special kind, as the Mongolian-Persian ensemble Sedaa blends the archaic sounds of traditional Mongolian music with Oriental harmonies and rhythms into a fascinating journey along the Silk Road.

In the year's final concert, "Malte Viefs Kammer" presents its program "Winter" – a musical invitation to pause and reflect. Old tunes in new arrangements, original compositions (including the small suite "Winterreise") and tributes to the Renaissance and Baroque.

The young Davidoff Trio makes its debut at the Gezeitenkonzerte with a program of Haydn, Takemitsu and Dvořák. An evening full of contrasts and discoveries.
