Gezeitenkonzerte in Ostfriesland

This tidal concert promises musical “encounters!” of a special kind, as the Mongolian-Persian ensemble Sedaa blends the archaic sounds of traditional Mongolian music with Oriental harmonies and rhythms into a fascinating journey along the Silk Road.

In the year's final concert, "Malte Viefs Kammer" presents its program "Winter" – a musical invitation to pause and reflect. Old tunes in new arrangements, original compositions (including the small suite "Winterreise") and tributes to the Renaissance and Baroque.

Malte Viefs Kammer – Winter

Oboe and piano recital with works by Mozart, Schubert, Schumann, Poulenc, Chopin and Klemcke, presented as part of the Gezeitenkonzerte series.
