Illinois Wind Symphony

Kevin M. Geraldi leads the Illinois Wind Symphony in their first performance of the 2023–24 academic year, featuring the world premiere of Apricity by Hilary Purrington. William Moersch, acclaimed Professor of Percussion in the U of I School of Music, performs as soloist on the Concerto for Marimba by Christopher Theofanidis. The program includes colorful and exciting works by Ron Nelson, Leslie Bassett, and Paul Dooley.
