Raoul Schimkat(Opens in a new window) is a pianist from Switzerland. His music is inspired by all that is piano, ranging from Chopin and Ravel to Keith Jarrett, Shai Maestro, Wynton Kelly, and Tigran Hamasyan. Along with various other musicians, he will be playing his own compositions with some standards sprinkled in between, all in the very broad range of what is considered jazz today.
