Featuring the world premiere of Waking Up! by composer and JCM department chair Eric Hofbauer, as part of a climate crisis collective action event featuring Longy School of Music of Bard College students, alumni, and faculty. Eric Hofbauer’s Five Agents ensemble will perform their new suite Waking Up, inspired by and structured around Greta Thunberg’s 2019 galvanizing “How Dare You!” speech at the UN climate action summit.
