America’s first jazz festival is making a comeback! On this evening in early May, the Wilkes-Barre Jazz Festival will hold the opening ceremony for its 2024 Cavalcade of Jazz with a free live performance by Joe Michaels Trio and cocktail hour in the F.M. Kirby Center Chandelier Lobby.
