Carlos Kalmar and the Grant Park Orchestra return to the Jay Pritzker Pavilion with the feverish Symphony No. 4 by Robert Schumann. Also, Festival Concertmaster Jeremy Black steps up as soloist in the fiery Violin Concerto No. 3 by Camille Saint-Saëns. The concert opens with music by a composer from Chicago's vibrant Polish community, Robert Muczynski.
