The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts present the All City Middle School Festival Concert on Tuesday, April 16, at 7:00 PM at the Kimmel Center's Verizon Hall. The All City Middle School Jazz Band, Concert Band, and String Orchestra will perform. Join us as we celebrate a night of music education!
