Join the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra for an unforgettable evening of "Bourbon & Blues" on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hulman Center Glass Pavilion, located at 200 North 8th Street, Terre Haute, IN, 47807, United States. Experience an array of bourbon tastings with 11 vendors presenting 20 exquisite products. Upon entry, each guest will receive a THSO lanyard and a tasting pass, with VIP ticket holders entitled to 12 tastings and General Admission ticket holders to 10 tastings. Savor the moment as volunteers at vendor tables punch your tasting pass after each sampling.

The evening also promises a culinary delight with heavy hors d'oeuvres served as "Basically Dinner." VIP guests will be treated to gourmet charcuterie, spanakopita, bacon-wrapped dates, and artichoke beignets starting at 4:00 PM. At 5:30 PM, all attendees can enjoy a variety of food stations, including a gourmet meatball station, mashed potato martini bar, salad station, and a dessert shooter station. Two cash bars will be available for non-bourbon drinkers, with non-alcoholic attendees receiving one complimentary soft drink.

Seating is thoughtfully arranged with tabled seating, where guests will be assigned a table number upon arrival and seated at round tables of 8. Guests have the option to request seating arrangements during ticket purchase.

The Men of Note Jazz Band will set the stage from 5:00-7:00 PM, offering a selection of jazz and swing tunes for your listening and dancing pleasure. A dance floor will be available for those who wish to swing to the rhythm.

In addition to the musical and culinary experiences, guests can participate in a silent auction, with bidding instructions available at the event.
