This enchanting evening celebrates the rich musical heritage of turn-of-the-century Vienna, featuring a selection of works that capture the essence of the era.

The program includes the monumental tone poem "Til Eulenspiegel" by Richard Strauss, arranged for 7 musicians by Rick Robinson, and Mahler’s exquisite song cycle "Lieder eines Fahrenden Gesellen," arranged for chamber ensemble by Arnold Schoenberg. The night will also feature three famous and delightful waltzes by the waltz king himself, Johann Strauss. These pieces will be performed by the Chamber Ensemble of Orchestra Miami, under the baton of the Artistic Director.

Special guest Benjamin Howard, a renowned baritone, will join the ensemble, adding a captivating vocal dimension to the evening. This event is a unique opportunity to enjoy the works of these legendary composers in a more intimate setting, arranged for a chamber ensemble.
