Join us for an enchanting evening of violin mastery as Angela Choi, a talented Bachelor of Music student at the Northwestern Bienen School of Music, presents her student recital. Under the tutelage of Yuan-Qing Yu, Angela will perform a captivating program featuring works by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Eugène Ysaÿe, and Maurice Ravel. The recital will include Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 35, Ysaÿe's Sonata for Solo Violin in D Minor Ballade, Op. 27, No. 3, and Ravel's Violin Sonata No. 2, M. 77.

This special event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 6:00pm CDT, in the Regenstein Master Class Room at the Bienen School of Music, 60 Arts Circle Drive, Evanston, IL 60208. Angela will be accompanied by Nathan Canfield on piano, promising an evening of exquisite musical collaboration.
