Join us for an enchanting evening of music as Waverly Long takes the stage with her viola for a captivating student recital. Ryan Center for the Musical Arts at 70 Arts Circle Drive, Evanston, IL 60208.

Waverly Long, a talented Bachelor of Music student under the tutelage of Desirée Ruhstrat, will be joined by an ensemble of gifted musicians including Abigail Yoon and Lucy Kim on violin, Samuel Sun on viola, Naomi Aires, Noam Ginsparg, and Kailie Holliday on cello, with Philip Long and Nathan Canfield on piano. Together, they will present a program that spans the breadth of classical music, featuring works by Robert Schumann, Dobrinka Tabakova, Alan Hovhaness, Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms, and Gabriel Fauré. Highlights include Schumann's Märchenbilder, Op. 113, Tabakova's Whispered Lullaby, and selections from Brahms' String Sextet No. 1 in B-flat Major, Op. 18.
